Baltazar London, the UK sister site to Keith McNally’s successful New York all-day brasserie, has finally opened in Convent Garden after years of planning.

Located on the corner of Russell Street and Wellington Street right in the heart of Covent Garden, the London branch of Balthazar is almost identical to the Manhattan location in terms of appearance and menu. The French brasserie-inspired menu offer a delicious selection of classic French bistro dishes with signature steak frites with béarnaise sauce and the restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and in true NYC-style, weekend brunch. In addition is an abundance of fruits de mer, French onion soup, foie gras terrine, steak tartare and moules frites.

Fans of McNally will be thrilled to hear that just like its New York cousin, Balthazar London will also have a Balthazar bakery located next door serving its own homemade artisan breads and pastries, salads and take-away sandwiches throughout the day. London just got that much better.
