The Koch twins teamed up with El Chod for the newest Asian Club/Restaurant space at the Gansevoort Hotel in the Meatpacking District. An adjoining Oyster and Sushi Bar also offers wide selections of shellfish, classic and creative rolls, traditional and topped nigiri and sashimi.
